Marketing Expansion Programp
is a 3 stage process design to help businesses expand them selves into the North America market place. This program help companies to focus their resources in key areas, and provides them with an experience team ready to deploy when the needs arises.

Stage II is the marketing and sales process. Nexus Group will guide companies through the process from generating sales leads to closing profitable sales transactions.

Strategic marketing planning and marketing plan developement
Create interst or inquiries though advertising
Turn inquiries into sales leads
- Establish the "live line of communication"

- Build client's confidence by well prepared sales material
- Keep sales leads "warm" though follow up procedures
Competitive intellegence
- Credit / back ground check for potential clients
- Information regarding existing competitors
- Assessment on price point & conditions
Contract preparation

- Create benificial clauses in the contract
Sales negotiation
- Perform sales presentation in conference room or client's offices
- Initiate and close sales negotiation on predetermined terms

Stage III is design for clients who have aquired certain percentage of the market in north america, and have sale activity on a regular bases. This is the point where Nexus Group professionals will help determine if it would be more cost effecient for the client to have a base of operation estabish locally. Nexus Group professionals will work with the client hand in hand in issues such as determine the purpose of the office, whether it would be show room based or adminitrative center for sale actvities; The location and infostrure required; The leasing process; the HR process; the Training system; and a performance monitoring system that ensures the continue success of the operaion.
